We cultivate high-quality, chemical-free pastures to ensure a sustainable and natural environment for our cattle. Our commitment to low-stress handling is reflected in our practice of not using dogs on the herd. Potable water is provided to our cattle. Water troughs are cleaned regularly to uphold the highest standards of care.
At the heart of our breeding program is Kildrummie T198, a Full Blood Wagyu Bull with exceptional genetic markers (MS + 2.6, EMA + 10.5). Sired by Nitro x JNR and out of a Prelude/TF148 cow, Kildrummie T198 represents the superior lineage and genetics that define the quality of our herd.
Our operations span two picturesque properties in Victoria, Australia. Both properties embody the beauty and sustainability of the regions, providing the perfect backdrop for raising our premium Wagyu cattle.
